Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Structural Product Design Engineer in Lebanon, NJ, focusing on exterior architectural products for commercial construction. The role requires 5+ years of Civil/Structural experience, with PE preferred for senior candidates, and proficiency in major structural software.

The position offers base salary up to $130,000, with a bonus opportunity, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid Lebanon, NJ work model (two days remote/three in-office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• 5+ years Civil/Structural exp with aluminum/steel construction.
• Experience with building façades or louvers is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor/ SolidWorks.
• Experience with RISA-3D, SAP2000, STAAD or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and review structural design analyses for exterior products.
• Run structural calculations and load analyses using specified software.
• Apply U.S. codes and standards to commercial building envelopes.
• Design and analyze custom structural solutions for façades and louvers.
• Coordinate drawings, manufacturing, installation, and documentation.
