Job summary

RS&H, Inc. in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Structural Bridge Engineering Associate II to join our hybrid team.

You will work on transportation infrastructure projects, including managed toll lanes and long-range corridor plans, contributing to design, analysis, and documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program and three years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination. EI strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, criteria, regulations, and ordinances at federal, state and local levels.
• Proficiency in production software and construction document production.
• Demonstrated passion for engineering and willingness to grow and learn.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, customers, contractors, team members and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents, drawings, and specifications; edit discipline reports and project documents.
• Conduct field reviews and observations of ongoing construction projects to support design.
• Develop impact studies, cost analyses, and design requirements; support development of engineering applications.
