Sales Xceleration Recruiting is recruiting a Sales Manager for a manufacturing and industrial solutions provider in Summerville, SC. The role is hybrid with on-site collaboration in the Charleston area and offers an attractive base plus OTE.

You will own and grow key manufacturing accounts, develop new opportunities, and collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences from quote through delivery. Leadership responsibilities will grow as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven ability in new business development and account management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with key manufacturing and commercial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and expand partnerships.
• Collaborate with production and operations to deliver premium customer experiences from quote to delivery.
• Support pricing, proposals, customer negotiations, and sales pipeline management.
• Help develop sales processes, CRM practices, KPIs, and growth strategies.
• As the organization grows, lead and mentor a growing sales team.
