Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering Management or related field.
• 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in pricing/finance/engineering roles.
• Experience in price guidance refreshes, market/financial analysis, and price optimization.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and Dynamics CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct a regional pricing team to fulfill quoting responsibilities and pricing initiatives.
• Develop internal controls over pricing to ensure compliance.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior for pricing decisions.
