New York Road Runners (NYRR) is seeking a Coordinator to support corporate and licensee partner relations, race sponsorship execution, and seasonal department initiatives. The role requires collaboration across departments, multi-tasking, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in licensing, marketing, or sponsorships and a degree in Marketing/Communications/Business, with the ability to work some evenings and weekends in a hybrid NYRR

Qualifications

• Two or four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or two years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in licensing, marketing or sponsorships is appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day partner and licensee relations, including scheduling, agendas, plans, notes, recaps, and budget tracking.
• Represent team on conference calls and meetings, communicating updates professionally.
• Coordinate sponsorship deal points with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Attend partner events and sponsored races, supporting assets, hospitality, and NYRR representation.
• Maintain records of logos, samples, photos, and inventory for licensing projects; support approval management.
• Generate post-event recaps and process invoices and purchase orders.
• Help coordinate internal meetings and events including catering and materials.
• Demonstrate decision-making, critical thinking, and proactivity to meet deadlines.
• Showcase problem-solving creativity when issues arise and adapt to feedback.
• Coordinate race-related administrative tasks and credentialing; support seasonal projects.
