Job summary

Acuity Brands, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Strategic Finance Advisor Sr. Analyst – Indirect Sourcing to partner with the Indirect Sourcing team and drive productivity and cost savings through data-driven insights.

You will operate within Finance while engaging cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Distribution, Forecasting and Logistics, reporting to Finance leadership. Hybrid work arrangement with travel 10-25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in a Manufacturing, Sourcing or Logistics environment.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, OneStream, and other ERP systems.
• Broad understanding of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights to your process partners to drive positive financial outcomes.
• Create a vision and build financial reporting and metrics for the Indirect Sourcing function.
• Lead and manage cross functional financial reviews with process partners.
• Be the Finance link for Supply Chain, Accounting, Treasury, Human Resources and IT as they relate to Indirect Sourcing.
