Job summary

Brenntag North America Beauty & Personal Care is seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead to develop and drive content and marketing strategy across North America, aligning with business priorities and growth objectives.

You will oversee the creation and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on thought leadership, digital engagement, and customer-centric storytelling. This hybrid role supports sales enablement and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience with emphasis on digital channels
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, engineering or similar; MBA a plus
• Bilingual abilities a plus: English, French, Spanish or Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall content strategy across channels (email, social, webinars, landing pages)
• Collaborate with supplier partners to co-create content and develop sales enablement materials
• Manage a rolling marketing calendar aligned with events, launches, and partner priorities
• Define KPIs, measure campaign performance, and optimize for ROI
