Job summary

Veritas Systems Construction is seeking proven construction professionals and high-potential candidates for local and regional projects, with occasional overnight stays. Our crews install hybrid building systems and focus on safety, discipline, and the ability to learn quickly within a strong team.

Competitive hourly pay ranges from $20 to $32 per hour, depending on demonstrated skills and experience, with opportunities for advancement and occasional bonuses during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred (steel buildings, framing, roofing, siding, carpentry, or general construction).
• Ability to read a tape measure and construction drawings.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills.
• Team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install steel and hybrid building systems
• Perform framing, metal siding, and metal roofing work
• Read and follow blueprints and construction plans
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
• Safely operate tools and construction equipment
• Work safely at heights when required
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate clearly and work effectively with the crew
• Help complete projects safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards
