Veritas Built is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman / Crew Leader to lead crews on local and regional steel building projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on planning, communicating, setting the pace, and delivering high-quality workmanship with safety in mind. Most work is within about 75 miles of St.

Joseph, MO, with home nights. Transportation is provided from the shop to the jobsite. You will coordinate with estimators and crews to keep projects on schedule and on budget,

Veritas Systems Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman / Crew Leaderwho understands that great leadership isn’t standing back and telling people what to do.
It’splanning ahead, communicating early, setting the pace, teaching, holding the standard and getting GOOD work DONE together.
We have a strong backlog of projects scheduled well into next year and are looking for the right leader to help strengthen our existing construction team and continue building for the future.

This is a big one.
Most of our projects are within approximately75 miles of St. Joseph, which means this position is designed to get youback home most nights instead of living out of hotels. Company transportation is provided from our shop to the jobsite.

We Aren’t Asking You To Do Everything.

And we mean that. You’ll have support forestimating, bidding, procurement, materials, customer coordination, project documentation and overall project management.

Your primary responsibility is clear: LEAD THE CREW. BUILD THE BUILDING. OWN THE FIELD.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll work alongside the crew, set the pace and demonstrate the standard while also knowing when your job is to step back, plan ahead and make sure the entire crew has what they need to succeed.
