Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for open positions
• Manage candidate pipelines through ATS and requisition management systems
• Coordinate onboarding activities including I-9 verification, background checks, drug screenings, and safety training
• Utilize digital and community recruiting strategies including job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and local outreach
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to meet staffing demands
• Maintain regular communication with employees and provide workforce support
• Monitor recruiting activity and ensure hiring goals and metrics are achieved
• Track candidate and employee information accurately within company systems
• Support retention initiatives and employee engagement efforts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
