Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Staff Network Engineer to join one of our top clients for a hybrid onsite opportunity in the healthcare sector.

You will support the stable operation of LAN/WAN networks, plan, install, configure, and optimize network hardware and software. The role requires technical leadership, on-call rotations 24/7, and minimal oversight in a senior capacity, designing and developing network solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or 4+ years in network engineering.
• CCNA certification and solid LAN/WAN knowledge.
• Experience with 24/7 on-call rotations and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the stable operation of LAN/WAN networks.
• Plan, install, configure, and optimize network hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve network problems and document solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to peers.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
