Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Demonstrated ability to manage processes and projects independently.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting or finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and ongoing accounting activities.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance-related activities.
• Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing support to team members as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Take ownership of accounting projects and process initiatives from planning through completion.
• Manage and execute accounting processes with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments and business partners to resolve accounting and operational issues.
