The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 3-5 years of accounting experience, with strong Excel and ERP proficiency. This hybrid role blends three days in-office with remote days as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is desired, or 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in ERP systems handling customer accounts, credits, cancellations and invoices.
• Excellent problem solving/judgment and high attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare written materials and documentation clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of ERP system related to credit card settlements, part numbers and inventory transfers.
• Process vendor invoices by matching against purchase orders and handle weekly payments.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Perform A/P processes such as invoice entry, check processing and vendor ACH payments.
• Bank reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Maintain inventory reconciliations and sales tax filings.
