Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets) and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual close in SAP with accruals, prepaids, allocations, and reclassifications.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations in FloQast with supporting documentation.
• Perform assigned SOX controls and maintain evidence and documentation.
• Prepare and organize PBC schedules and supporting documentation for quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
• Contribute to process improvements and identify automation opportunities using AI tools.
