You will support client engagements by preparing accurate workpapers, performing audit procedures, assisting with financial statements, and researching accounting matters. The role offers growth as experience increases in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with an accounting concentration or equivalent.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as experience progresses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Prepare accurate workpapers for accounting and audit engagements.
• Perform audit procedures for assigned accounts and transactions.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and related notes.
• Research accounting and auditing issues as assigned.
• Communicate engagement status, questions, and issues to the In-Charge.
• Meet established quality, billable-hour, and realization expectations.
• Complete assigned professional development and CPE training.
• Develop increasingly advanced Excel and technical accounting skills.
• Follow firm engagement methodologies and documentation standards.
