Job summary

Time Investment Company, based just north of Milwaukee in West Bend, seeks a skilled accounting professional to manage monthly servicer reports, bank reconciliations, and forecasting while ensuring accurate financial statements.

The role requires a BA in Business or Accounting and 3–5 years of experience, with strong Excel, Sage Peachtree, and communication skills. Hybrid work options and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BA in Business or Accounting or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience preferred.
• Must be responsible and self-managed.
• Excellent follow-up and tracking skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with auditors and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process for monthly servicer report generation, from data compilation to final review.
• Reconcile monthly financial line items including cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, prepaid assets, estimates, and liabilities with adjusting entries.
• Record payroll, 401k and transmittal clearing transactions; signoff on TIC accounts.
• Understand and improve mapping of transactions from subsystem to ERP.
• Assist with cash management processes and daily banking activities.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support audits.
• Oversee capital expenditures and accounts payable oversight.
• Prepare month-end financial statements and forecasts.
