Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in SQL Server Database, SSIS/SSRS and Python
• Create BRDs and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Deliver high-quality results with attention to detail
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to data-driven decisions
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate across functions
• Develop test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts
• Communicate clearly to nontechnical stakeholders
• Design, manage, analyze, test, or improve software systems
• Work within Scrum/Agile frameworks and use Azure DevOps
• Create and analyze Power BI reports
• Develop business process documentation and workflow artifacts

Responsibilities

• Participates in all stages of software development from research and design to programming, testing, and implementation.
• Support complex data products with ETL and integration across systems.
• Refresh, configure, and manage test environments; incident triage and root cause analysis.
• Recommend preventive measures and improvements; experience with AMI is a plus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead discussions with stakeholders.
• Ensure robust documentation and knowledge transfer for projects.
