Job summary

Phillips & Cohen Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions that power key operations across multiple business units. You will work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and clients to translate requirements into scalable ETL processes using SSIS and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ETL and data integration development.
• Hands-on with SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS.
• Experience with relational databases, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
• Strong data validation and data quality practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SSIS ETL processes.
• Develop, optimize, and support SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and database objects.
• Build data integration workflows supporting inbound and outbound data movement across systems and platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable, scalable technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production ETL issues and data integrity concerns.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including data mappings and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and ensure delivery.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
