IMR Soft Llc in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support data integrations, automated workflows, file transmissions, and reporting solutions for Wealth and Asset Management operations.

This role emphasizes SQL development, data integration, process automation, and reporting across a diverse tech stack, with opportunities to contribute to cloud and data strategies including Snowflake.

Qualifications

Financial Services / Asset management industry exposure is required.
Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
5+ years of application development experience.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with Agile Scrum boards.
Ability to work in the Baltimore office location a minimum of (40% onsite, 60% remote).

Responsibilities

Own the development, coding and bug-fixing for small projects, including data integrations, SSRS reports and Snowflake data loads.
Maintain effective communications with Scrum Master, team members, sponsors and stakeholders.
Execute ad-hoc development projects building data integration feeds and SSRS reports and automation.
Actively participate in daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives and sprint planning sessions.
Submit automation projects for peer review and change management prior to deployment to Production.
Complete other related duties or projects as required, including facilitating daily standups as Scrum Master.
