ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sr. SQL Developer to join the Data Integrations, Workflows and Reporting team in Baltimore, MD, on a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office). The role will own development, data integrations, SSRS reports, and Snowflake data loads within an agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of application development experience with data integration projects, strong SQL, and clear communication skills to collaborate with Scrum teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development experience with data and API integration projects.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to write SQL scripts.
• Experience with Agile development and Scrum boards.
• Willingness to be in Baltimore office 40% onsite / 60% remote.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, coding, and bug-fixing for small projects, including creating, updating, and fixing data integrations, SSRS reports, and data loads into Snowflake.
• Execute ad-hoc development work by building data integration feeds and SSRS reports and automation to support evolving business needs.
• Maintain effective communications with the Scrum Master, team members, sponsors, and other stakeholders to keep priorities aligned.
• Actively participate in daily standups and bi-weekly backlog grooming sessions using the Agile framework (virtually via Microsoft Teams or in person).
• Submit automation projects for peer review and change management prior to deployment to Production.

Our client, financial services is seeking a Sr. SQL Developer to join their team. As a Sr. SQL Developer, you will be part of the Data Integrations, Workflows and Reporting team supporting project initiatives in the financial services space. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL development skills, experience building and maintaining data integrations and reporting, and the ability to communicate clearly with Scrum teams and stakeholders, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. SQL Developer

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office)

Pay Range: $68 - $75/hr W2

What's the Job?
