Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a hybrid school-based role in Indiana. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver services to K-12 students, collaborating with teachers and families to support communication goals and progress throughout the school year.

The ideal candidate holds an active SLP license in Indiana (or eligibility), and is prepared to work within a team with clinical support.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license for the state of Indiana or eligibility to obtain.
• Indiana Department of Education SLP license.
• Criminal and DCS background checks.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
