You will assess borrower performance, collateral coverage, and repayment capacity while supporting senior management with detailed credit reviews and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial credit, underwriting, portfolio management, or risk-related banking roles.
• Strong underwriting and financial analysis skills including collateral and covenants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit-risk analysis and ongoing portfolio surveillance for criticized/classified loans.
• Prepare quarterly credit review memos supporting risk ratings and loss-mitigation planning.
• Monitor collateral, lien positions, insurance, and related risk controls.
• Develop and deliver reporting, dashboards, and management information for oversight.
• Coordinate with Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, and other departments.
• Support audits, loan reviews, and regulatory examinations with thorough documentation.
