Job summary

Kyyba is seeking a Sourcing Specialist (Procurement) for the Detroit, MI area in a hybrid role. The position focuses on end-to-end sourcing across commodities, contract negotiations, and supplier evaluation for a 12-month engagement.

The ideal candidate has multiple years of procurement experience, strong MS Office and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site presence may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing purchasing strategies is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of bid analysis, contract negotiation, and review of existing contract terms experience is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience negotiating legal contractual terms.
• A minimum of one (1) year of project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Description – Responsible for performing all sourcing activity spanning all commodities.
• Facilitate the analysis of supplier proposals, lead contract negotiations and finalize all required contracts.
