A leading clean energy company based in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage procurement functions and supplier relationships. The successful candidate will contribute to sourcing decisions and support the company's Supplier Diversity initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and up to 2 years of sourcing or procurement experience are required. This hybrid role allows for a balance of in-office and remote work, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years in sourcing and/or procurement function.
• Knowledge of the negotiation and contracting process.
• Experience in wind, solar, or related renewables or energy industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing industry, economic, market, and spend data.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential suppliers.
• Negotiate and place purchase orders.
