Responsibilities

• Interface between business customers and Procurement for sourcing activities.
• Develop near-term and long-term sourcing strategies with stakeholders.
• Develop portfolio plans to achieve cost savings, service excellence, and TCO objectives.
• Govern contract approval from creation to award.
• Oversee spend across multiple categories.
• Lead complex cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
• Perform spend analysis and business case development.
• Negotiate strategies and supplier agreements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction via SLAs.
• Lead SRPM initiatives for supplier performance.
