Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Portfolio Management to drive demand management, governance, and portfolio planning across technology, data, digital, and business initiatives in a hybrid role based in East Hanover, NJ.

You will partner with portfolio leaders and stakeholders to facilitate intake, assessment, prioritization, and reporting, delivering insights for leadership decisions and ensuring transparency and value-based investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in portfolio management, program management, PMO, business operations, strategy, or related.
• Experience supporting planning, prioritization, governance, or investment management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, presentations, and decision-support materials.

Responsibilities

• Support demand intake and assessment across business and technology initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather information to evaluate requests.
• Contribute to demand reviews by analyzing alignment, value, resources, dependencies, and impacts.
• Help ensure requests are documented, categorized, and routed through portfolio processes.
• Support preparation of materials for intake, assessment, and prioritization discussions.
• Assist in portfolio planning and prioritization activities.
• Analyze portfolio demand, capacity information, dependencies, and priorities.
• Develop insights and recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Maintain visibility into proposed, approved, in-flight, and deferred initiatives.
• Support portfolio scenario planning and investment discussions.
• Prepare portfolio governance forums, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Track portfolio decisions, actions, risks, and follow-up activities.
• Help maintain portfolio management tools, reporting structures, and planning artifacts.
• Ensure portfolio information is accurate and readily available to stakeholders.
