This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Houston and travels up to 10%. Working hours are standard business times.

Qualifications

• Foundation in software development and modern cloud platforms.
• Ability to learn integration frameworks and apply to business needs.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Python scripts hosted in AWS (Lambda/EC2/ECS) or Azure.
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of automation.
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations between CRM/ERP/project systems via APIs/SDKs.
• Support ETL workflows for data exchange between systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align integrations with workflows.
• Incorporate business rules and conditional workflows into automation.
• Translate requirements into code with business teams.
• Ensure solutions improve data accuracy, efficiency and visibility.
• Work with IT/analytics/business ops to identify automation opportunities.
