ForeFront Power seeks an Associate, Asset Management to support daily operations, reporting, and vendor processes across solar projects in the U.S. Hybrid work option available in NYC or SF. The role emphasizes project management and compliance with multiple stakeholder teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in solar asset management, strong data and reporting skills, and proficiency in Excel/Office tools. This position offers growth in an entrepreneurial renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solar Asset Management or equivalent.
• Strong data analysis and timely deliverables.
• Desire to support a high-energy, evolving team.
• Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement.
• Strong computational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead core team function for a vendor or critical process in annual operations.
• Daily solar plant monitoring and proactive issue mitigation.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing for all portfolios and assist FP&A in financial administration.
• Support ad-hoc reporting, utility coordination, and subscriber agreement compliance for Community Solar.
• Produce monthly/annual operational reports and ensure timely delivery to counterparties.
• Maintain and improve tools and standards to streamline data, reporting, and documentation.
• Foster relationships and ensure contract compliance with O&M, AM, REC, DAS, and Offtake parties.
