JMP is offering a summer internship in its Testing team in Cary, NC, focused on software quality and automation. You will learn through hands-on testing, scripting, and dashboard development using JMP and JSL, with the opportunity to contribute to real release work.

You’ll develop tests in Python or JSL, automate tasks, and create tools that communicate results while gaining exposure to JMP Live and a range of data analysis concepts.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in CS/Data Science/MIS/Statistics/Analytics not graduating before December 2027.
• Ability to develop novel technical solutions.
• Genuine interest in data and analytics software.
• Familiarity with graphs and statistics.
• Experience with data analysis software (JMP experience not required).
• Coding/scripting in any language; willingness to learn JMP Scripting Language (JSL).
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable.

Responsabilités

• Develop automated tests using Python or JSL.
• Build a JMP dashboard that communicates test results clearly.
• Create a JMP add-in developed in JSL.
• Publish results to JMP Live.
• Contribute to other JMP Testing team projects as needed.
