Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ years of experience building agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
• 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and related tech.
• 3+ years building scalable cloud systems (AWS or Azure).
• 3+ years building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
• 1+ years building and working with microservices.
• 3+ years experience with Agile development practices.
• 3+ years designing maintainable, debuggable APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects from conception to deployment and support.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Contribute to architecture and technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with product/platform teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver team goals on time with high quality.
