The role requires on-set/field experience, strong editing in Premiere/CapCut, and a proven ability to interpret briefs with creative ownership.

Qualifications

• Impressive portfolio with fast-turn trend content and premium work.
• Strong shooting fundamentals (composition, lighting, audio).
• Editing fluency in Premiere, CapCut, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video for social trend-responsive content.
• Translate briefs and direction into finished content independently.
• Adapt style across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture content in the Pacific Northwest with occasional travel.
• Stay fluent in social trends and editing techniques, bringing knowledge to the team.
• Manage gear, shot lists, and basic production logistics on set.
• Collaborate with social team, influencer program, and cross-functional partners.
