Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media platform management and content development.
• 3+ years of experience writing and editing social media content across platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with social media analytics and listening tools.
• US citizenship is required by the contract.

Responsibilities

• Support the Social Media Lead in day-to-day management of client social media channels, including scheduling and publishing content.
• Research, write, and edit engaging social media copy across platforms, ensuring brand voice and accessibility.
• Monitor social channels and compile social listening data on conversations, trends, and sentiment.
• Support social media event coverage, such as live chats and events.
• Create and schedule content with UTM links for campaign tracking.
• Upload and caption videos to client YouTube and other platforms.
• Assist with graphics and templates for social posts with the creative team.
• Track and report performance metrics and prepare monthly recommendations.
