The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution: content creation, platform management, on-site shoots, and collaboration with showroom and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with photography, videography, and content editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze marketing metrics and apply insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that support business goals.
• Manage daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Capture photo and video content in showrooms, offices, and job sites.
• Create short-form video content such as Reels and TikToks.
• Design and edit content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Work with internal teams to highlight products, promotions, and company stories.
• Track and report social media performance, including engagement, reach, growth, and conversions.
