Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media, influencer, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience activating influencer or affiliate content across platforms.
• Strong understanding of content credibility, creator fit, and performance measurement.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, localization, analytics, or influencer discovery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media and influencer/affiliate programs for multiple platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube).
• Create editorial calendars and coordinate content with NAM and Global marketing teams.
• Coordinate content creation, localization, and AI-assisted optimization.
• Identify credible influencers and manage campaigns to drive awareness and trust.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting against KPIs.
