Job summary

The Fleet Hub is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to develop engaging content and manage our online presence. You will craft posts, reels, and campaigns, and support client engagement, events, and business development.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with photo/video capture, writing, and coordinating a content calendar. Remote-friendly with hybrid work in Charlotte, NC, and occasional client visits.

Qualifications

• Creative and outgoing social media thinker with ability to generate ideas.
• Familiar with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong writing and organizational skills; able to work independently and with a team.
• Degree or coursework in marketing, communications, social media, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for The Fleet Hub's social media platforms.
• Develop a content calendar and posting schedule.
• Photograph and film vehicles, projects, employees, customers, and activities.
• Write engaging captions and create short-form videos and campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and maintain brand voice.
• Support email marketing, website content, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with client engagement and business development activities.
• Represent The Fleet Hub at networking events and identify partnership opportunities.
