Tenet Healthcare seeks a Manager of Detection & Investigative Operations in Dallas to lead a 24x7 Detection and Response Center. You will drive automation, AI integration, and cross-team coordination with the Incident Response team to improve security monitoring and threat handling.

You will mentor analysts, refine processes, and partner with an MSSP to meet SLAs, SOPs, and events. Strong leadership and security operations expertise are essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years leadership within a SOC or MSSP.
• 5+ years in information security.
• Industry certifications (GIAC/CISSP/CISA/CISM) preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead Detection and Response team across SOC and incident response.
• Embed AI and automation into triage and containment workflows.
• Collaborate with security engineering, infrastructure, and architecture.
• Develop and track SOC metrics and KPIs.
• Coordinate with IR team on investigations and threat hunts.
• Oversee SIEM/SOAR platform maturity and tooling.
