Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years relevant experience.
• Experience leading mid to senior technical professionals.
• Knowledge of RMF/NIST 800-53 and U.S. government cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a team of experienced systems developers, setting short-term objectives and guiding secure, automated solutions.
• Contribute to solution design, requirements analysis, and technical development for multiple program environments.
• Execute operational plans supporting SMS and DT priorities with measurable process improvements.
• Oversee architectures, documentation, system requirements, and workflows across teams.
• Drive standardization through automation, configuration management, and policy-driven tooling.
• Collaborate across DT, GSS Cyber, product teams, and enterprise partners to support compliance decisions.
• Influence policy understanding and align practices across teams; lead improvements to systems and processes.
• Provide technical consulting within the area to help teams understand impacts on operations.
• Manage staffing, hiring, performance reviews, and development; mentor contributors and strengthen succession pipelines.
