The role offers autonomy in a fast-paced environment and a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote. You will participate in training and mentoring, contributing to the company’s growth and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or building relationships is desirable but not required.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk.
• Ability to identify customer needs and market Great West products and services.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial trucking risk and determine price and endorsements.
• Directly influence profitability and growth of the book of business.
• Maintain and develop quality relationships with agents and insureds.
• Work with a training program including mentoring and instruction.
