Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility, and state licensure (Michigan) or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience with pediatric and adult Speech and Communication Disorders.
• Knowledge of Dysphagia evaluation and management.
• Strong documentation, time management, and clinical reasoning with ethical and culturally responsive practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy.
• Conduct assessments, deliver in-person therapy sessions, and document progress.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other professionals (OT, ABA) as needed and participate in care planning.
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and promote client-centered care.
