Catapult Staffing is seeking a driven Skilled Trades & Engineering Recruiter to manage a full recruiting desk. Source, screen, and place candidates across industrial and construction disciplines, from electricians to field engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience, agency preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for skilled trades and engineering roles.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using job boards and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients in a professional format.
• Manage full recruiting cycle from sourcing through offer and placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS.
• Stay current on industry trends across construction and data center markets.
