Responsibilities

• Provide DMAIC based approach to projects to drive business value and lead cross-functional workshops.
• Lead and manage large cross-functional initiatives to improve operations, CX and quality.
• Lead postmortem activities for escalations and field issues.
• Analyze findings and summarize decisions on quality, efficiency and cost.
• Provide training for Yellow Belt and Green Belt candidates as needed.
• Apply strong project management and change management to sustain results.
