Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ years leading projects.
• Statistical analysis, flowcharting, and business analysis in tech/telecom.
• Proficient with statistical software (Minitab/SAS/Stata/R).
• Knowledge of Python to extract and manipulate data sets.

Responsibilities

• Provide DMAIC based approach to drive business value.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational excellence and quality.
• Lead postmortem activities for escalations and field issues.
• Summarize findings from studies to support decisions on quality, efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Yellow Belt and Green Belt training as needed.
