Siemens seeks a Location Procurement Manager for a brand‑new factory launch in Pendergrass, GA, combining hands‑on CapEx sourcing with cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and EHS. The role builds the local supply base from the ground up, establishing purchasing processes and controls to support rapid ramp‑up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or finance.
• 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience sourcing and executing CapEx projects (equipment, construction, MRO, facility services).
• Proven negotiation skills with RFx processes, supplier selection and contract awards.
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, commitments, TCO).
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering/Operations and multiple priorities.
• ERP and procurement tools proficiency; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the site supply chain for factory ramp‑up by identifying and onboarding local/regional suppliers.
• CapEx sourcing & execution for capital equipment, construction spend, utilities, and facility services.
• Govern purchasing aligned to budgets; track commitments vs budgets and approvals.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, SOWs, and SLAs with Legal and stakeholders.
• Establish supplier KPIs and drive performance improvements; mitigate supply risk.
• Lead cross‑functional procurement for site projects with Engineering, Operations, IT, and EHS.
• Develop location strategy and make/buy analyses to support product development and ramp‑up.
• Implement purchasing processes and ensure ERP/eProcurement data accuracy.
