Job summary

Fuss & O'Neill is seeking an experienced Site Development Project Manager to join our Civil team. This role supports a range of site/civil engineering and land development projects for public and private clients, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including housing, education, commercial, industrial, and parks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant site/civil engineering experience with strong site design skills.
• Prior project management experience including contracts, QA/QC, scheduling, and staff oversight.

Responsibilities

• Managing site/civil engineering projects from initial scoping through design, permitting, and construction support.
• Developing project scopes, contracts, schedules, and budget.
• Overseeing and mentoring engineering staff and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in land development, stormwater management, and climate/flood resiliency.
• Preparing and reviewing site designs including layout, grading, utilities, erosion & sediment control, and site details.
• Designing stormwater management systems.
• Coordinating with municipal staff and attending Town/City public meetings.
• Participating in field meetings and site visits.
• Assisting with report preparation and local/state permit applications.
• Supporting business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships.
