VML, a global creative company, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. Focused on commerce for Unilever with key club retailers, the role drives integrated marketing strategies that bridge digital and physical retail.

You will manage projects, be the main client liaison, and coordinate with strategy and design teams to deliver high‑quality briefs and campaigns, while translating shopper insights into actionable ideas.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing/advertising agency, retailer, or digital company preferred.
• Understanding of the grocery retail landscape and ecosystem.
• Shopper/retail experience for CPG or health and wellness brands preferred.
• Experience with brand and trade activations.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with hunger for growth.
• Comfortable working with clients; strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and decisive; driven and logical thinker.
• Lead by example and perform well under pressure.
• Computer literate, administratively strong, attention to detail, accountable.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the creation and implementation of retail experiences (physical and digital).
• Manage creative projects and be the key liaison between clients and strategy/design teams.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients from brief to final delivery.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated programs.
