Job summary

Cortavo in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a capable Service Desk Analyst for a hybrid onsite/remote role supporting MSP clients. The position includes hands-on deskside support three days per week, with remote work the remaining days.

You will handle Level 1-2 issues including Outlook/OneDrive, printers, and connectivity, while managing tickets in Autotask and collaborating with Systems Engineers. Travel and after-hours on-call are expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years IT service desk experience
• 3 years of customer service experience over phone and email
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Able to lift and move 50+ pounds
• Willing to travel regionally on short notice including multi-day trips

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support in Elmhurst, IL and a blend of on-site and remote support
• Configure Outlook and OneDrive, printer configurations, network and internet issues
• Manage tickets from initial contact, escalations, and warm handoffs
• Maintain and update knowledge base and client records
• Install and provision hardware and software per standards
• Support onboarding/offboarding and device imaging/deployments
• Engage in professional development and cross-team training
