Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced Web Designer to join a fast‑paced Brand Creative team. You’ll design and deliver polished, web‑ready creative with a focus on email and production in a hybrid contract, with potential to convert to full‑time.

You’ll collaborate with designers and cross‑functional partners to respond to business updates and shifting priorities, maintaining accuracy and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of professional digital/web design experience.
• Advanced/expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe XD.
• Hands‑on Figma experience is required.
• Strong animation/motion design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design elevated, brand‑right digital creative that supports marketing and merchandising objectives.
• Create and deliver high‑volume email and web creative from initial design through final production.
• Produce, optimize, and output final web‑ready digital assets.
• Review proofs and verify that email creative renders correctly before delivery.
• Work on upcoming creative while managing revisions, routing changes, and final deliverables.
• Source imagery to support digital creative and perform photo edits as needed.
• Incorporate animation and motion into digital design as needed.
