Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects within our Industrial Business unit. You will be the main contact for planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater initiatives across the U.S. and support business development.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of related experience, and certifications (PMP/CCM/DBIA within 12 months). Travel up to 10% may be required as projects vary by region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency varies.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management on water/wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance, senior leadership, and mentoring to staff.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget development and monitoring.
• QA/QC of key deliverables and assist on other projects.
• Assist Client Service Leaders with technical marketing across the U.S.
• Participate in professional societies relevant to the industry.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with key decision makers.
