Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Water and Energy Policy Analyst to support defense clients by researching water and energy resilience policies and delivering clear, actionable analyses.

You will lead discrete research tasks, draft report sections and briefings, coordinate with government stakeholders, and participate in client meetings on a hybrid schedule with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 4–6 years of federal consulting, public policy analysis, or energy/water resilience experience.
• Understanding of federal water/energy policy landscape.
• Experience managing project tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead discrete, complex research tasks and analyze funding pathways or regulatory hurdles for water reuse technologies.
• Independently research, analyze, and synthesize information on energy and water resilience technologies, policies, and market trends.
• Draft high-quality report sections, briefing materials, and other written products with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track developments across projects and share knowledge.
• Monitor federal/state energy/water policy landscapes and provide updates and analysis to leadership and clients.
