Job summary

The role blends hands-on drafting with cross-functional collaboration across finance, operations and R&D. You will negotiate complex agreements, manage risk, and coordinate with outside counsel in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Holds Bachelors and JD with strong academic credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of transactional and contract drafting experience in life sciences.
• Member in good standing of a state bar association.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts across vendor, confidentiality, license, supply, consulting and clinical trial agreements.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and advise on legal risk.
• Ensure transactions comply with applicable laws and internal policies in biopharma.
• Coordinate with outside counsel to deliver efficient legal services.
• Assist with transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
